Things like barbecues, pot plants, chairs, retaining walls, and outdoor furniture inside the 900 mm non-climbable zone cause instant fails.
3. Faulty or Non-Self-Closing Gates
Gates must shut and latch automatically. A slow hinge, misalignment, or worn latch is enough to fail an inspection.
4. Gaps and Footholds
