Tayfe Hamwi
Tayfe joined Rainbow Engineering as co-founder in 2015 to scale the business into a full structural engineering consultancy. She leads the engineering work: structural inspections, RPEQ certification, technical advisory and expert reports for building disputes.
She is known for analytical, strategic problem-solving and for turning around difficult projects, aligning every engineering decision with what the client actually needs to achieve.

Sam
Sam started the business in 2007 as a small services enterprise and grew it quickly. When demand for structural engineering outpaced what the original business could deliver, he partnered with Tayfe in 2015 to build Rainbow Engineering into the consultancy it is today.
As CEO, Sam leads the business side of Rainbow Engineering: its direction, operations and long-term client relationships, so the engineering team can stay focused on the work.
