Our story and business journey began in 2007 when I founded a small enterprise in the services industry, achieving significant success. Due to rapid growth, Sam, the founder, partnered with Tayfe in 2015 to scale up Rainbow Engineering Services, establishing it as a reliable and trusted engineering consultancy to meet the increasing demand in Structural engineering, Structural Inspections, RPEQ certification (Form 12 & Form 15), Dilapidation, Technical advisory, Technical Expert Support and Eye Witness Reports for Building disputes and the like in Brisbane, Logan, Redlands and Gold Coast.

Tayfe is a highly influential, collaborative, and dynamic executive leader with over 30 years of specialized expertise in managing complex projects and programs, from inception to completion, both in Australia and internationally. She has a proven ability to turn around challenging situations and consistently deliver results, even in difficult circumstances.

Tayfe excels in analytical and strategic problem-solving, leveraging innovation and forward-thinking to proactively align project priorities with client objectives. A skilled listener, she understands the commercial drivers of various stakeholders and engages with them openly and transparently to achieve fair, objective outcomes. Tayfe holds multiple qualifications, including a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, Master’s Degree in Building and Master’s Degree in International Business.
